I don’t know why this creatures called BUTTERFLY. It doesn’t look like a flying butter though, in fact they are perfectly beautiful. There are many of them visit my garden around the house every day, no matter if the garden is not flowering. I have been trying to take photographs of them but I found them keep flying here and there and never stop flicking its wings even for a second!….. I don’t have enough talent to shoot with high shutter speed or any other technical. So how ?
This morning, when most people are staying at home, the garden looks quiet. Just an idea crossed my mind, maybe it would work ! ….. I put a drop of honey on every flower’s pollen and watch patiently what would happen…..
As you see here, I successfully shoot them with my 18-105mm lens in closest distance !

Thank a lot, Ed. Green Angel flaps its wings so rapidly and possibly is the fastest butterfly among the species.
