Adenium berasal dari Asia Barat dan Afrika dari daerah gurun pasir yang kering dan tumbuh setinggi 2 – 3 meter yang terkenal dengan sebutan ” Desert Rose “, Mawar Padang Pasir. Disebut sebagai adenium karena tempat dimana tanaman ini pertama kali diketemukan yaitu di wilayah Aden, Ibukota Yaman.

Adenium originated from West Asia and Africa from the dry desert areas and grow as tall as 2-3 meters well known as “Desert Rose” . Referred to the place where the Adenium plant was first discovered in the region, namely Aden, the capital of Yemen.
